Job summary

ProSearch seeks a strategic Finance & FP&A leader to partner with executive teams across Finance, Sales, Service Delivery, Product and Technology. The role goes beyond budgeting to model pricing, customer profitability and capital allocation, guiding technology investments and service-line economics.

The ideal candidate will build forward-looking scenarios, run ROI analyses, and lead annual budgeting and forecasting to drive growth and margin expansion across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or strategic finance experience with strong analytics.
• Ability to independently identify opportunities, develop recommendations and drive results.
• Experience in complex pricing, customer profitability, and service-line economics.
• Experience supporting technology modernization, transformation, or scaling efforts.
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills.
• Budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis supporting pricing decisions, MSAs, and commercial opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Service Delivery, Product, and Tech leadership on deal structures and economics.
• Develop pricing models balancing market, cost and profitability objectives.
• Own profitability models across customers, service lines and technology platforms.
• Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Develop ROI analyses and business cases for technology investments and initiatives.
• Provide executive reporting and decision support with actionable insights.
