ClickHouse is seeking a Senior Analyst, Strategy & Planning to join Revenue Operations as the operational counterpart to FP&A. You will own headcount and expense planning, comp plan execution, and forecast roll-ups across regions and sales segments.

In this high-visibility, individual-contributor role you will partner with FP&A and Sales leadership, build driver-based financial models, maintain dashboards, and deliver analysis to inform quarterly planning and reserves.

Competenze

• 5+ years in revenue operations, sales finance, FP&A, or similar analytical role.
• Owner-operator mindset and end-to-end ownership of scope.
• Strong SQL fluency; Python a plus; experience with modern analytics stacks.
• Experience with SaaS/consumption-based business models preferred.
• Excellent financial modeling and data-driven decision-making.
• Clear written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.

• Program-manage annual planning cycle across Sales and Finance.
• Own headcount and expense management for the GTM organization.
• Run comp plan modeling and execution cycle with payout accuracy.
• Build and maintain forecast roll-ups across regions and segments.
• Support territory and quota deployment with analytical outputs.
• Maintain Strategy & Planning dashboards and data quality.
• Partner with FP&A on month-end close and revenue reporting.
