Avis Budget Group in Parsippany, New Jersey, USA, is seeking a Senior Manager of Revenue Strategy to translate enterprise pricing and revenue direction into actionable frameworks and go-to-market plans. You will partner across Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Technology to design monetization architectures and to launch new revenue initiatives.

The role requires deep expertise in pricing strategies, yield management, and cross-functional leadership, with strong financial modeling and communication

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in revenue strategy, commercial strategy, pricing strategy, or management consulting.
• Working knowledge of dynamic pricing frameworks and yield management models.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills to build a business case.
• Experience leading or contributing to cross-functional go-to-market initiatives.
• Familiarity with commercial and reservation systems (Wizard® or comparable) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable pricing and revenue frameworks, monetization architecture, and governance guardrails.
• Develop and evaluate customer and market segmentation strategies.
• Apply dynamic pricing and yield management concepts in strategic recommendations.
• Ground recommendations in performance data, forecasts, and macro trends.
• Lead go-to-market planning for new pricing and revenue initiatives across teams.
• Build business cases and financial models to project revenue impact and value.
