Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of C-store sites and supervise store managers.
• Recruit, hire, train, motivate and coach staff with progressive discipline.
• Review price surveys and maintain fuel inventory controls (red book).
• Execute promotions and maintain store image standards.
• Coordinate vendor relations and contract negotiations.
• Monitor store P&L and manage expenses for profitability.
• Travel up to 95% and liaise with departments across the company.
