Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Territory Manager to supervise and optimize daily c-store operations across the territory. You will lead general managers, ensure customer service and profitability, and uphold store appearance and environmental compliance.

The role emphasizes people leadership, vendor negotiations, and implementing company promotions while tracking performance and driving growth.

Qualifications

• Progressively responsible retail experience.
• 3+ years managing multi-unit retail, restaurant, or service orgs.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel weekly up to 95%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of C-store sites.
• Recruit, hire, train, motivate and coach store managers.
• Review competitive price surveys daily.
• Ensure fuel inventory records are accurate and report variations.
• Implement and execute all company promotions.
• Maintain image standards and surveys.
• Address environment, maintenance issues and incidents.
• Ensure promotions are displayed on-site and advertised.
• Conduct monthly maintenance inspections at each location.
• Manage vendor relations, contracts and promotions.
• Serve as liaison between departments and store personnel.
• Ensure proper inventory and cash controls across locations.
• Handle escalated customer complaints when needed.
• Review store P&L for accuracy and control expenses.
• Own performance and presence of each location.
