Regions is seeking a Retail Performance Executive in Birmingham, AL, to partner with Retail Banking leadership and drive strategic initiatives that boost sales, service quality, and customer experience. You will oversee performance enablement, coaching resources, and workforce effectiveness across the Retail network.

The role requires 15 years in banking or retail leadership, a business-related degree, and strong skills in change management, communication, analytics, and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Review Retail Banking performance metrics and identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve sales, service, productivity, and operational effectiveness.
• Partner with Consumer Banking Executive leadership to drive business growth and ensure consistent field execution.
• Establish accountability for execution against key performance indicators, operational expectations, and strategic objectives.
• Develop and implement standardized processes to promote consistency, efficiency, and sustainable performance across the Retail network.
• Identifies performance gaps and implements mitigation strategies to improve business outcomes and customer experience results.
• Oversees Retail Sales and Service Managers responsible for identifying performance trends and coaching opportunities.
• Leads and develops a team for Retail performance enablement including segment management, coaching, and sales support.
