Job summary

Regions Financial Corporation is seeking a Relationship Banker – Team Lead in Pelham, AL to guide a branch team, drive targets, and deliver proactive financial guidance to customers. You’ll coach bankers, manage key relationships, and promote Regions’ consumer and business products and digital solutions.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and a results-driven mindset, with the ability to work Saturdays and handle cash in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to work Saturdays and handle cash.
• Ability to use a computer regularly and engage through multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Partners with Branch Manager to guide and direct all branch activities.
• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and recommending Regions solutions.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Coaches junior bankers and oversees branch operations in Branch Manager's absence.
• Educates customers on Regions Consumer and Business products, including digital solutions.
• Ensures compliance and manages operational risks within the branch.
