Regions Financial Corporation is seeking a Senior Retail Performance Executive to partner with Retail Banking leadership and drive strategic initiatives across the Retail Bank. The role oversees performance enablement programs, coaching, and resources to improve associate productivity and customer experience.

Birmingham, AL is the preferred location. The position focuses on delivering standardized processes, strong KPI accountability, and data-driven decision making to optimize sales and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management or related field.
• Fifteen years of leadership experience in banking, retail banking, sales management, or related financial services.
• Experience leading performance improvement initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Review retail performance metrics and identify trends to improve sales and service.
• Partner with leadership to drive growth and field execution.
• Establish accountability for KPI's and strategic objectives.
• Develop standardized processes for consistent performance across the Retail network.
• Lead a team responsible for Retail performance enablement.
• Oversee coaching, sales support, and workforce deployment.
