Job summary

Arc is a leading shopper and retail agency within Publicis Groupe, seeking an Account Supervisor to drive strategic marketing plans and oversee execution that meets client objectives. The role requires leadership across teams and a proactive stance on solving budget-driven challenges.

You will partner with clients to develop marketing strategies, present innovative ideas, and manage day-to-day activities to maximize brand impact across on-premise and retail channels.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of business leadership experience in an agency setting.
• Experience delivering shopper and retail solutions rooted in brand and channel insights.
• Background with CPG brands and alcohol/beverage categories is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of multiple trade channels and local market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Act as a client advisor for strategic marketing issues and develop marketing strategies.
• Lead day-to-day execution of the strategic plan and ensure high-quality results.
• Collaborate across strategy, media and creative teams to optimize advertising mix.
• Build strong client relationships and drive bold, innovative ideas.
• Monitor market results and continuously improve client delivery within budget.
