Job summary

Arc, the lead shopper and retail agency within Publicis Groupe, seeks a senior leader to drive commerce media strategies across retail environments and omnichannel ecosystems. You will work with Arc CX, business leadership, strategy, creative, data/tech and analytics to deliver holistic media plans that drive growth and ROI.

The role emphasizes governance of budgets, vendor management, and thought leadership in retail media across search, onsite media, DSPs, and national media integration.

Qualifications

• Experience & expertise in retail strategy, tactical planning and partner management within an agency, retailer’s media organization, or CPG’s trade or customer marketing department.
• Strong ability to communicate with executive-level stakeholders and present regularly.
• Knowledge of retail media channels, data utilization and audience strategy in a holistic ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of insight-backed media strategies and tactical plans for CPG and retail-focused clients.
• Build client yearly budget breakout/forecast by category and brand; lead annual planning and insights.
• RFP management and oversight of third-party vendors; collaboration with media agency partners; develop strategic POVs.
