Job summary

Arc, a leading shopper and retail agency within Publicis Groupe, is seeking a senior leader to shape commerce media strategies for major retail environments. You will collaborate across Arc and Publicis Groupe teams to deliver holistic media solutions and influence executive stakeholders.

You will drive retail media strategies spanning search, onsite media, DSPs, and national media; guide annual planning, budgeting, and vendor management while mentoring the commerce media team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years preferred in retail strategy and shopper marketing, either in an agency, retailer, or CPG setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or a related media field preferred.
• Strong leadership and cross‑team collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of insight‑backed media strategies and tactical plans for CPG and retail clients.
• Build client yearly budget breakout and forecast by category and brand.
• Lead annual planning and insights; manage RFPs and third‑party vendors.
