You will coordinate schedules, prepare recaps, and ensure campaigns run smoothly for managed service and self-service programs. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in advertising or related field and 3+ years in shopper marketing or advertising, with proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of shopper marketing, media or advertising experience, preferably agency experience in retailer promotions.
• Strong computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage time, adhere to strict timelines and multitask across fluid workload.
• Detail oriented with proactive attitude and dependable execution.
• Desire to learn all aspects of the Shopper Marketing discipline and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and build productive relationships with cross functional teams.
• Coordinate meetings and distribute recaps to keep projects moving.
• Develop knowledge of brand/retailer positioning and marketing strategies.
• Support program development, timelines, trafficking, and cost estimation.
• Manage projects from start to finish and assist with budget management.
• Maintain billing information, and grow proficiency in Mars workflow and systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments and maintain team reports.
