Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
Design, implement, and optimize recruiting processes and workflows.
Experience using metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
Partner with executives and hiring managers on workforce planning.
Experience supporting rapid growth or acquisitions preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Design a scalable recruiting operating model.
Partner with leaders to anticipate workforce needs and develop proactive strategies.
Support sourcing, interviewing, and presentation of candidates for restaurant leadership roles.
Coordinate recruiting for hourly restaurant roles with Field HR and operators.
Develop and maintain recruiting metrics and reporting.
