Job summary

Team JCK is seeking an Employment Manager to own the employment strategy, attract top talent, and optimize onboarding across our multi-brand restaurant group. You will partner with Operations leadership and corporate teams to raise hiring standards while shaping a compelling employer brand that differentiates us in the market.

You will evaluate programs, test new approaches, and drive measurable results with a focus on speed, quality, and retention.

Qualifications

Build and lead an employment strategy that gives Team JCK a competitive advantage in attracting and retaining talent.
Evaluate what’s working, challenge what isn’t, and introduce new strategies that improve how we find, select, and welcome employees.
Balance big-picture strategy with the ability to make things happen.

Responsibilities

Build a competitive talent acquisition strategy across restaurant, leadership, and corporate positions.
Strengthen employment marketing and candidate attraction through creative campaigns and employer branding.
Raise the standard for hiring and selection by coaching managers and integrating structured processes.
Lead onboarding to create a consistent, engaging early experience across brands.
Own employment metrics and drive data-informed improvements across the organization.
