Job summary

Quanta Manufacturing Nashville is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to spearhead the recruiting function. You will lead the Talent Acquisition team, partner with senior leadership, HR, and hiring managers to shape hiring strategy and drive end-to-end recruitment.

In this onsite role, you will recruit for critical positions, improve processes, enhance candidate experience, strengthen employer brand, and manage external recruiting partners while tracking key metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, ATS platforms, and high-volume hiring.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions and interview guides.
• Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits to develop competitive and equitable offers.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and Coordinators.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics including Time-to-Fill, Time-to-Hire, Quality of Hire, and Source of Hire.
• Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and community partnerships.
• Manage relationships with staffing agencies and external recruiting partners.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience and maintain accurate job descriptions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
