Job summary

Fogo de Chão in Pasadena, CA is seeking a Sales Manager/Private Event Manager to grow bookings from corporate and social groups. You will prospect new clients, manage events from contract to completion, and maintain relationships with restaurants and planners.

Proficiency with Tripleseat and OpenTable is preferred, and a Bachelor’s degree is desirable with 2+ years in sales or related roles. You will lead local store marketing efforts, forecast bookings, and participate in trainings alongside GM

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of Sales or relevant experience.
• Experience in the Restaurant/ Attraction industry preferred.
• Up to 10% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales through active prospecting of targeted businesses, organizations, associations, and event planning for groups of 15 or more.
• Enter all prospects, contacts, accounts and booking information in the CRM (Tripleseat) and enter basic reservation information in Open Table for booked parties greater than 15.
• Maintain weekly updates and details on current leads through Tripleseat, and convert those leads to bookings, accounts, and contacts.
• Act as primary contact for all group clients, ensuring completion of event details and client satisfaction.
• Manage the booking process to obtain client signatures on CRM-generated contracts and event order forms to confirm bookings.
• Develop quarterly sales plans and solicit new customer relationships while maintaining existing relationships in their restaurant.
