Job summary

Fogo de Chão in Washington, DC is seeking a Sales Manager/Private Event Manager to drive group bookings and corporate events on-site. You will prospect new clients, manage CRM entries, and coordinate events from inquiry to contract.

You will be the primary contact for group clients, forecast sales, and collaborate with the General Manager to plan local marketing and maximize revenue while upholding Fogo de Chão’s service standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or relevant experience.
• Experience in the Restaurant/ Attraction industry preferred.
• Up to 10% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales through prospecting of targeted businesses and groups 15+.
• Manage CRM and reservation data for bookings.
• Act as primary contact for group clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Close bookings with signed contracts and event orders.
• Coordinate local store marketing to drive traffic and revenue.
• Attend trainings and collaborate with GM and DOS.
