Job summary

Fogo de Chão Raleigh seeks an Event Sales Manager to drive private event bookings and group sales. The role focuses on prospecting local businesses, managing Tripleseat/OpenTable, and serving as the primary contact for client events.

You will plan and execute bookings, collaborate with the General Manager, and participate in local marketing efforts to increase restaurant traffic and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2+ years of sales experience in events/restaurant industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience ok.
• Experience in hospitality or events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales through active prospecting of local businesses and organizations.
• Manage CRM (Tripleseat) and OpenTable for bookings of 15+ guests.
• Coordinate event details, contracts, and client communication.
