Job summary

Fogo de Chão is seeking a Sales Manager/Private Event Manager in Raleigh to drive revenue through targeted outbound sales and event planning for groups of 15 or more. You will manage CRM entries, coordinate with the restaurant team for bookings, and lead local marketing efforts.

The role requires 2+ years in sales, hotel/restaurant experience preferred, and up to 10% travel. Strong communication and client relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or relevant experience.
• Experience in the Restaurant/Attraction industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales through active prospecting of targeted businesses and groups.
• Enter prospects, contacts, accounts and bookings in CRM and reservation systems.
• Manage bookings and contracts, ensure client satisfaction and timely communication.
• Develop quarterly sales plans and cultivate new relationships while maintaining existing ones.
• Coordinate with GM and restaurant for local store marketing and events.
