Job summary

Fogo de Chão in Towson, MD is hiring a Sales Manager/Private Event Manager to grow group sales and manage events from prospecting to booking. You will maintain relationships, enter data in Tripleseat/Open Table, and collaborate with GM/restaurant to plan local marketing and drive revenue.

Requirements include a High School Diploma (Bachelor's preferred), 2+ years sales experience, restaurant industry experience preferred, and up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ Years of Sales or relevant experience.
• Experience in the Restaurant / Attraction industry preferred.
• Up to 10% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales through active prospecting of targeted businesses and event planning.
• Enter prospects, contacts, accounts and bookings in the CRM and Open Table for large groups.
• Maintain updates on leads and convert to bookings and contracts.
• Serve as primary contact for group clients and ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage booking process and obtain client signatures on contracts.
• Coordinate with GM and restaurant for local store marketing and events.
• Drive traffic and revenue through network events and partnerships.
