Job summary

Fogo de Chão in Georgia is seeking a Sales Manager/Private Event Manager to drive group sales and manage private events. You will prospect, secure, and coordinate events for groups of 15 or more, and act as the primary contact for clients from inquiry to event execution.

The role requires 2+ years in sales, hospitality experience preferred, and the ability to travel up to 10%. You will use Tripleseat and OpenTable to manage bookings and collaborate with the General Manager to grow store revenue.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of sales or relevant experience.
• Experience in the Restaurant / Attraction industry preferred.
• Up to 10% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales through active prospecting of target businesses, organizations, associations, and events for groups of 15+ in assigned restaurant.
• Enter prospects, contacts, accounts and booking information in the CRM (Tripleseat) and OpenTable for bookings >15.
• Maintain weekly updates on leads through Tripleseat and convert them to bookings and contacts.
• Serve as primary contact for all group clients and ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage the booking process to obtain client signatures on contracts and event orders.
• Develop quarterly sales plans and solicit new relationships while maintaining existing ones.
• Oversee full cycle sales, including accounting procedures.
