Job summary

World Wide Technology, Inc. seeks an Associate Strategic Resource Engagement Manager in Charlotte, NC to oversee SR Internal Requests, manage SOWs, and coordinate with Sales, SR Operations, and SRC/GSO to move opportunities forward.

You will own the admin workflow in Salesforce, ensure documentation completeness, pricing inputs, and timely approvals while building strong relationships with Regional SR Senior Managers to enable efficient engagement reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience may be considered
• Financial acumen and Excel experience are required
• Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) is preferred
• Experience working with Global Financial customers is desirable
• Baseline knowledge of World Wide Technology and IT/Technical industry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute all SR Internal Requests (IRs) within Salesforce from assignment through completion
• Own the administrative workflow for SR opportunities, ensuring all required fields, documentation, and approvals are complete
• Coordinate with Sales, SR Operations, and SRC/GSO to collect information and documentation for SOW development
• Collaborate with Sales to gather inputs for SOW scope, roles, pricing, duration, and customer requirements
• Coordinate creation, revision, and readiness of SOWs for accuracy and alignment
• Collaborate with Regional SR Senior Managers for SOW review and validation
• Ensure final review by appropriate SR Senior Manager before approval
• Drive IRs and associated SOWs through all stages with timely progression
• Track outstanding items and maintain deal artifacts (SOWs, quotes, approvals)
• Provide visibility to internal stakeholders on IR progress and deal status
• Build relationships with Regional SR Senior Managers to streamline SOW review processes
• Support deal progression including prelims, extensions, renewals from a documentation standpoint
• Ensure work is documented to enable efficient SR reviews and approvals
• Identify process gaps and provide recommendations to improve SR workflow
