Job summary

Conexess Group is seeking a Community Strategy Enablement Manager to drive scalable engagement programs across Customer Success, Sales, and related teams. You will build operational structures, deliver analytics, and create enablement resources to ensure consistent execution of engagement strategies.

This role sits at the intersection of operations, analytics, and strategic enablement, focusing on scalable workflows, escalation management, and adoption metrics to inform actionable insights

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success or Community Engagement.
• Experience with government, nonprofit, healthcare, or complex stakeholder environments.
• Ability to build strong relationships across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience managing multi-team projects with changing timelines.
• Strong analytical and operational capabilities with data-driven improvements.
• Experience creating and maintaining SOPs, playbooks, and workflows.
• Experience with CRM platforms; Salesforce preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Success to support escalation reviews, engagement planning, and strategic initiatives for priority accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales and Implementation to integrate engagement strategies into onboarding.
• Develop tools, resources, frameworks, and best practices for consistent engagement execution.
• Serve as a consultative resource by identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Help establish scalable approaches to improve collaboration and consistency across teams.
