Job summary

EAB seeks an Associate Director for Research Advisory Services to lead advisory engagements with college and university leaders, translating research into strategic guidance on advancement and financial sustainability. You will tailor programs, deliver insights, and partner with EAB’s research, client success, and sales teams to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with excellent academic record; 5+ years of post‑graduate professional experience, or 4+ years and an advanced degree.
• Experience working with client executives at colleges, universities, districts, or schools; or as a consultant.
• Superior verbal, written, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to create a compelling narrative through data visualization, graphics, and slides.
• Excellent relationship building and collaboration skills; ability to engage senior-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Terrain mastery: build expertise across research terrains and guide strategic transformation and fundraising initiatives.
• Content delivery: diagnose problems, guide decisions, and present EAB insights via calls, virtual meetings, and on-site briefings.
• Partner with senior leaders to align effort with institutional priorities and drive accountability.
• Collaborate with research customer success to deliver scalable, high-impact partner engagement and support sales efforts.
• Generate original content and share market insights to inform future EAB deliverables.
