Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc is seeking a Demand Forecasting Planner to strengthen our forecasting and planning capabilities. You will advise on Demand Planning & Forecasting and help build a data-informed organization using forecasts for inventory replenishment within your segment.

You will collaborate with internal and external partners to translate inputs into forecast implementations, measure outcomes, and drive cross-functional improvements in systems, processes, and analytics related to demand

Qualifications

Strong mathematical and analytic skills with attention to data patterns.
Ability to take initiative and own projects.
1+ years of experience with data analysis tools such as Advanced Excel.
3+ years of relevant experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning.
Strong communication skills, able to present data-driven concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

Continuously track forecast performance and identify trends and deviations.
Implement changes and communicate adjustments to partners.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to translate inputs into forecast implementations.
Develop collaborative forecasts considering holidays, events, and business shifts and track performance.
