The role requires strong math/analytic skills, Excel proficiency, and experience in forecasting, with collaboration across internal and external partners to implement forecast changes. Remote work is available.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• Minimum 3 years in demand planning or related role.
• Experience in retail/wholesale/distribution environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and implement accurate forecasts for inventory replenishment.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to translate inputs into forecast execution.
• Continuously track forecast performance and communicate deviations to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to enhance systems and analytics for forecasting and planning.
