Job summary

iRhythm is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to drive the unconstrained demand plan across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons. You will lead consensus reviews with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, and Operations, translating market signals and product lifecycle events into actionable forecasts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in demand planning, forecasting, S&OP, or related supply chain roles.
• Experience owning demand forecasts across multiple products, geographies, or lifecycle stages.
• Experience leading consensus demand reviews and influencing cross-functional decisions.
• Experience with statistical forecasting, forecast-performance analysis, scenario modeling, and executive decision support.

Responsibilities

• Own the unconstrained demand plan for the portfolio across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons using statistical forecasts and cross-functional inputs.
• Lead monthly demand reviews coordinating Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Customer Care and Operations.
• Analyze historical demand, market trends, promotions, and lifecycle events to identify forecast risks and opportunities.
• Communicate forecast performance with metrics and drive corrective actions.
