Job summary

iRhythm Technologies is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to own unconstrained demand across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons. You will lead cross-functional reviews to translate market signals into actionable forecasts and inventory plans.

You will analyze historical demand, promotions, and lifecycle events to identify risks and opportunities, develop scenarios, and support capacity, supply, and financial decisions in a remote US environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in demand planning, forecasting, S&OP or related supply chain roles.
• Experience owning demand forecasts across multiple products, geographies, channels, or lifecycle stages.
• Experience leading consensus demand reviews and cross-functional decisions.
• Experience with statistical forecasting, scenario modeling, and executive decision support.
• Experience with ERP, advanced planning, BI tools, and Excel.
• Healthcare/regulatory environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the unconstrained demand plan across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons using statistical forecasts and cross-functional inputs.
• Lead the monthly demand review with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Customer Care, and Operations to align on consensus forecast.
• Analyze historical demand, orders, market trends, promotions, and lifecycle events to identify forecast risks and opportunities.
• Develop demand scenarios and sensitivity analyses to support business decisions and capacity planning.
• Prepare executive-ready summaries of forecast outlook, changes, and risks; communicate decisions to stakeholders.
• Lead root-cause analysis for forecast misses and drive improvements to planning processes and data quality.
