Job summary

Zaddy Solutions is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Demand Manager to lead forecasting and planning across products, customers, regions and channels. You will coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Planning to optimize product availability and inventory costs.

The role focuses on improving forecast accuracy, identifying risks and opportunities, and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership through robust analytics and clear communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field.
• Minimum five years in demand planning or related roles.
• Experience leading S&OP/IBP processes.
• ERP/MRP experience and advocating data-driven decisions.
• Advanced Excel and data-visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts across products, customers, channels and regions.
• Lead the S&OP/IBP process and align cross-functional forecasts and priorities.
• Analyze historical data, trends, seasonality, promos and new products.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Supply Planning.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and identify root causes of variances.
• Support inventory strategies with demand-based recommendations.
• Identify risks and opportunities and develop planning scenarios.
• Communicate recommendations to leadership with clear dashboards.
