Job summary

Lifework Search is assisting a rapidly growing distribution company in placing a Demand Planner who will own forecasting across the business, lead S&OP discussions, and support purchasing and inbound inventory coordination. Remote work is available with HQ in Raleigh, NC.

This role requires 2–4 years of forecasting/demand planning experience, strong Excel skills, and experience using APS/ERP data integrity. The position offers opportunities for career growth as the business expands.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years finished goods forecasting / demand planning experience.
• Experience with long lead times (global imports).
• Strong Excel skills and experience using Advance Planning Systems (APS).
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and teamwork.
• Proven track record of success in similar role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a monthly forecast and drive the demand planning process.
• Lead monthly S&OP meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain ERP data integrity through cleansing, validation, and targeted checks.
• Update and maintain KPI reporting.
• Provide support to purchasing and scheduling in a lean team.
• Participate in the financial budgeting process.
