The role requires FINRA licenses and a strong track record in financial services.

You will collaborate with regional leadership to implement marketing plans, deliver exceptional client experiences, and ensure compliance with audits and bank standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• FINRA Series 6, 63, Life and Health Insurance licenses required; must obtain Series 7 within 6 months.
• 5+ years of financial services and/or retail sales experience with strong sales results.
• Relationship management experience with high-net-worth clients or equivalent.
• Strong sales, communication, cross-selling, planning, and analytical skills.
• Broad knowledge of financial products and services; understanding of business banking for Premier offerings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to proactively drive client acquisition, outreach and retention for revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager and Branch Manager to develop and implement client-centric marketing plans and generate new business through prospecting, outside calling, networking, and referrals.
• Demonstrate genuine curiosity about clients and translate insights into actionable sales strategies and tactics; identify and convert sales opportunities and deliver exceptional client experience.
• Connect with product specialists to provide advanced input to fulfill client needs.
• Promote bank products and services to potential clients and refer to other business units when appropriate.
• Support branch improvement initiatives and provide client feedback; ensure audit and quality assurance compliance.
• Maintain the operational integrity required by East West Bank and adhere to its principles and values.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
