East West Bank in California seeks a Premier Relationship Manager to serve as trusted adviser to Premier clients. You will collaborate with internal teams to provide professional financial guidance, support the client life journey, handle queries timely, and ensure compliance.

You will drive client acquisition and retention through strategic marketing plans, referrals, and cross‑selling, while maintaining high service standards and collaborating with product specialists to meet diverse client

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• FINRA Series 6, 63, Life and Health Insurance licenses required; must obtain series 7 within 6 months of joining.
• 5+ years of proven financial services and/or retail sales experience, or equivalent, including evidence of strong sales results.
• Relationship management experience with high-net-worth clients or equivalent.
• Strong sales, communication, cross-selling, sales planning, mathematical, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Strong relationship management, client service, time management and prioritization skills.
• Broad knowledge of financial products and services.
• Understanding of the business banking client segment and products/services to complement Premier offerings.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement strategies to drive client acquisition, outreach and retention for revenue growth and wallet share.
• Collaborate with Regional/Branch Manager on client-centric marketing plans and referrals.
• Provide proactive client service by addressing banking queries timely and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Leverage product specialists to identify and fulfill multiple client needs.
• Promote products and services to potential clients and refer to other units when appropriate.
• Support branch improvement initiatives with client feedback and audit readiness.
