PNC Financial Services Group in Charlotte, NC seeks a Relationship Manager III - C&IB within its Commercial Banking group to lead strategic client relationships and grow revenue with complex, high-net-worth clients.

You will manage risk/return, coordinate cross-bank solutions, and mentor junior staff while leveraging PNC's full product suite to expand share of wallet and deliver superior client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required; university degree typical for level.
• Experience within relationship management for commercial clients; strong credit analysis skills.
• Ability to manage risk and leverage bank-wide products to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Sets relationship strategies and directs management activities to grow sales, revenue and market share.
• Handles origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of credit and non-credit products.
• Manages risk/return and mitigates regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
• Builds client engagement and loyalty through deep understanding of client needs and financial wellbeing.
• Leverages internal relationships and reporting tools to expand new or existing client relationships.
