Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; industry experience preferred.
• 8+ years of industry experience expected; advanced role with complex client needs.

• Set relationship strategies and manage a book of business to grow revenue and market share.
• Lead credit and non-credit product origination, negotiation and documentation.
• Assess and mitigate credit, regulatory, reputational and operational risks.
• Develop client engagement and loyalty by leveraging full-bank capabilities.
