Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years' relevant work experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 11 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 7 years' relevant work experience.
• Prior credit underwriting experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage existing MTEFC business relationships in conjunction with senior management, communicating with the customer to satisfy their financing needs.
• Solicit the existing customer base to originate new financing opportunities, including through bid letters and job awards on publicly funded projects.
• Expand business relationships and deliver margins by leveraging service and industry knowledge.
• Assess experience, financial condition, and collateral to provide appropriate financing solutions.
• Identify risk-related issues and escalate to management; ensure compliance with risk and regulatory standards.
