Sets relationship strategies and directs management of client book to grow revenue and market share.
Creates and drives strategy to acquire/expand/retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
Manages risk/return and mitigates regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
Focuses on client opportunities by understanding client needs and financial well-being; drives engagement.
Manages networks to acquire new clients and present full range of PNC products; leverages sales tools.
Demonstrates ability to analyze and mitigate credit risk for complex requests.
