PNC seeks a Multinational Relationship Manager III to lead strategy and relationship growth for a diverse client book across major Northeast markets. The role emphasizes collaboration with Corporate Banking and Credit Products, risk management, and a holistic bank-wide approach to client solutions.

The position is in-office, based in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Boston, or Washington, with opportunity to extend to other major markets.

Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with Corporate Banking and Credit Products groups.
• Experience with multinational clients.
• Experience with middle market and corporate finance clients.

Responsibilities

• Sets relationship strategies and directs relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue and market share.
• Creates and drives strategy to acquire/expand/retain client relationships and to generate revenue; handles origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of credit and non-credit products.
• Manages risk/return and mitigates regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
• Focuses on client opportunities by providing ideas based on client needs and financial well‑being; drives engagement and loyalty, mentors others.
• Manages network of senior internal and external relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing ones and to present the full range of products.
• Demonstrates ability to analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk for complex requests using advanced credit fundamentals.
