PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a Relationship Manager I in Business Banking to serve clients in Lake Orion, Rochester Hills, MI. You will provide cash flow solutions, manage the on-going sales cycle, and expand the business portfolio by leveraging internal partners and COI relationships.

You will identify opportunities, analyze credit and non-credit products, and work under supervision to grow revenue while maintaining risk controls.

• Handles relationship management with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue and market share; works with basic risk/complexity and higher supervision.
• With direction, acquires and expands client relationships; originates, analyzes, negotiates and documents credit and non-credit products.
• Manages risk/return and drives quality for new and existing clients; mitigates regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
• Focuses on client opportunities by understanding client needs and financial well-being; increases engagement and loyalty.
• Builds internal/external networks to acquire or expand clients; presents bank-wide products to meet client needs.
• As defined with the business, analyzes, evaluates and mitigates credit risk per policy.
