Truist is seeking a Customer-Facing Relationship role in a branch setting focused on building and expanding client relationships. You will advise on financial solutions and refer complex needs to specialists. Training includes teller duties as needed.

The role emphasizes selling and service excellence, with expectations to meet branch targets and participate in ongoing training and compliance requirements.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4 years of client sales and service experience
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment and pass NMLS background checks
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and weekends/overtime
