Truist is seeking a Senior Relationship Banker to grow and deepen client relationships in a busy branch environment. You will provide consultative financial guidance and lead cross-sell opportunities while supporting teller duties as needed.

You will leverage strong communication and service skills to meet client needs, maintain risk controls, and contribute to branch sales targets. This role emphasizes teamwork and continuous learning in a dynamic retail banking setting.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 4 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background check.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.
