Job summary

Truist seeks a client-focused professional to deliver exceptional service at the branch, both in person and on the phone. You will develop relationships, recommend financial solutions, and refer more complex needs to specialists while supporting teller duties when required.

Essential experience includes 2 years in client sales and service, strong communication skills, and comfort with Microsoft Office. The role requires flexibility to work some weekends and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Two years of client sales and service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients and prospects.
• Proficient with basic computer applications including Microsoft Office.
• Must obtain SAFE/Mortgage licensing within 30 days and meet NMLS standards.
• Ability to multi-task and travel to cover staffing needs as required.
• Ability to work weekends/extended hours with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide an industry-leading service experience in person and by phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships through consultative conversations.
• Offer financial solutions and refer to internal partners for growth opportunities.
• Perform teller duties as needed to support branch operations.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and risk policies.
• Assist in meeting branch sales targets through relationship development.
• Engage clients, explain products clearly, and uncover client needs.
• Support team sales processes and participate in leadership routines.
