Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days, including NMLS background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships; cross-sell products and services.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists while maintaining sales process.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Engage clients to understand needs during transactions and greetings.
