Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Executive within the Food & Agribusiness Banking team to grow and retain profitable client relationships across food and agricultural sectors. You will leverage deep knowledge of Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking and related solutions to drive revenue across multi-state territories.

Qualifications

• Eight plus years' direct lending or credit support experience with a focus on business relationships.
• Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources.
• Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Proven track record of generating new business.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners.
• FINRA Series 79, 63 and Securities Industry Essentials licenses required or must obtain within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Champion a culture of innovation and a customer centric mindset.
• Stay up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships.
• Find ways to further efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation while embracing the innovative opportunities offered by new technologies.
• Provide proactive coverage of a multi-state/segment territory in the Pacific Region, including California and Arizona, that requires a willingness to travel for in-person client meetings.
• Become the industry expert within Food & Agribusiness across multiple sectors including: wholesale distribution, brands and suppliers and co-manufacturing.
• Actively partner across lines of business including but not limited to: Investment Banking, Syndicated Finance, Asset Based Lending and Direct Lending.
