You will support growth and retention of client relationships across a broad spectrum of food and agricultural sectors, including sourcing, manufacturing, processing, and distribution. You will work with senior bankers to deliver credit, treasury services, international banking, syndicated finance, and commercial card solutions, gaining hands-on experience across client coverage,

Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis and credit underwrit­ing skills with ability to spread financials and assess cash flow.
• Understanding of commercial banking products and services including credit and treasury solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with internal partners and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with senior partners.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.

Responsibilities

• Support senior bankers in managing and growing client relationships within the Food & Agribusiness sector.
• Conduct financial analysis, spread financials, and prepare credit memos to support underwriting and deal execution.
• Assist in client presentations, pitches, and proposals showcasing firm capabilities and solutions.
• Participate in client meetings, calls, and site visits; build rapport with a customer-centric mindset.
• Stay informed on industry trends in Food & Agribusiness to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Coordinate with internal partners across lines of business including Investment Banking and Treasury Services.
• Support the execution of credit transactions, including loan structuring and review.
• Manage pipeline tracking, client data, and reporting for accuracy.
• Embrace automation to improve efficiency in client coverage and workflows.
