U.S. Bank seeks a Relationship Banker to engage customers through in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels, delivering sound financial counsel and a digital-first experience.

You’ll assess needs, explain deposit and loan products, and guide customers through digital tools while maintaining accuracy and regulatory compliance. You will build client relationships, participate in sales campaigns, and collaborate with branch teams to provide a seamless client experience across channels.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank policies, procedures and support systems.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up, asking questions and learning about their financial needs.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by effectively engaging and communicating with clients.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts, completes service requests and submits credit applications.
