Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 4–5 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with clients; knowledge of bank products and services.
• Experience with digital banking products and self-service technologies; working knowledge of branch policies.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up across in-person, appointment, and digital channels.
• Identifies client needs and recommends suitable deposit and loan products and services.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and completes service requests.
• Educates clients on emerging digital products and self-service options to meet financial needs.
