Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and deliver consistent experiences.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and risk/compliance requirements.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required) and Life licenses are required or to be obtained via JPMorganChase program.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients with experts as needed.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
