Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Relationship Banker to represent the Chase brand in a branch, delivering welcoming, attentive service and leveraging the latest banking technology to solve clients’ financial needs.

You will acquire, manage, and retain meaningful relationships, tailor product recommendations, and collaborate with a team of specialists to address complex financial needs. A commitment to compliance and ongoing licensing is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success.
• Create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, tailoring features and benefits.
• Resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training for compliance.
• High school degree or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. Licenses must be obtained within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
