Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences and tailor recommendations.
• Excellent communication in person and over the phone with ability to tailor features and benefits.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while ensuring compliance.
• Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required) and Life licenses, within 180 days.
• Must be able to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, in person or by phone, to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients to use technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult with clients about banking solutions and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
