Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Redempio Reimbursement Navigator (RRN) responsible for managing provider accounts and patient cases to advance reimbursement and access for Redemplo®.

The RRN will educate providers, facilitate access, and resolve complex coverage challenges in collaboration with Sales, Market Access, and HUB partners. The role requires deep knowledge of pharmacy benefit reimbursement, specialty pharmacy operations, and patient support services, with extensive travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare, life sciences, nursing, or related field preferred.
• Seven or more years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience.
• Three+ years in field reimbursement, patient access, or specialty pharmacy-related roles.
• Knowledge of pharmacy benefit reimbursement.
• Ability to resolve complex reimbursement and access challenges.
• Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy operations and patient support services.

Responsibilities

• Advance patient access and reimbursement through education, support, and pull-through activities.
• Educate providers and staff on reimbursement processes and patient support services.
• Analyze complex reimbursement issues and develop strategies to facilitate access.
• Coordinate with HUB, specialty pharmacy, and partners for enrollment, prior authorizations, appeals, and denied claims.
• Serve as local reimbursement expert for Sales, Market Access, and regional leadership.
• Develop and execute territory plans in collaboration with stakeholders to optimize access and support.
• Build relationships with providers, offices, pharmacies, and internal teams.
• Identify reimbursement barriers and implement compliant solutions to improve access and experience.
• Document customer interactions and maintain records in approved systems.
• Operate in compliance with all policies, privacy, and regulations.
• Manage business travel and expenses within company guidelines.
